The objective of this study was to examine whether ultrasound can the development cerebral vascular structure and blood flow in Sprague–Dawley (SD) rats by a noninvasive manner, which provides reference for research SD rats. Thirty-nine (7–16 days old) were divided into seven groups according age, number each group was, respectively, 7, 17, 1, 3, 2, 8, 1.
